Shipping and Handling
SWEET uses USPS for shipping. Dependent on season and shipping location, we offer Priority and Express Mail delivery options. Most Priority orders arrive within two business days of shipping.
During warmer months we ship our Enrobed Caramels with a reusable ice pack to ensure chocolates remain cool during transit. In the case that Enrobed Caramels will be exposed to temperatures above 75 degrees farenheit, please choose the insulated shipping option and consider the Express Mail option. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations will require additional shipping charges (please contact us in advance for correct shipping price). Should we feel it necessary to protect the integrity of your caramels, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping choice and charge you accordingly.
We ship all orders on Wednesdays of every week. So, if you order on a Friday, it will be shipped that following Wednesday. We will do our best to honor our time schedule, but an order placed on Monday or Tuesday, for example, cannot be guaranteed to be sent the following day.
SWEET typically makes your order once it has been placed. We do not keep a large stock. Our preference is to make in small batches, which means your order will arrive freshly made at all times.
Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We do our utmost to provide you with fresh, delicious confections and your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not absolutely happy with your shipment of Sweet products, please call us at 541-646-6555.
